PRIVACY POLICY

Our Nannies comply fully with the GDPR data protection laws and the Data Protection Act of 1998 and all applicable data protection and privacy legislation. We will only collect your personal information for the purposes of introducing childcare professionals to families and taking payment.

We will ensure that any information obtained from you is treated as private and confidential by us and anyone else involved in arranging, considering to arrange, or managing your childcare placement.

Any information collected by our Nannies will be secured and treated as confidential.

Our Nannies database of client and nanny’s information is securely protected against unauthorized entry. Details of clients and/or nannies will not be used for any purpose other than the one specified and will not be sold or released to any mailing list or any other interested party. Details will be kept for a period of time in accordance with the GDPR guidelines and Data Protection Act 1998.

For each night the Nanny or Maternity Nurse works the agency will charge £25 plus VAT at the end of the month. We take payment via Stripe (credit or debit card) for your registration fees and GoCardless direct debit for all other payments. We do not store or have access to your card or bank details.

Employment of a Nanny implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, even if the forms have not been returned
